Deirdre Hirner got her PhD in Land Use Planning, Mgmt and Design (1985) and Law Degree in 2007. She has taught and been a VP at the college level, been Exec.Dir. for the CONSERVATION FEDERATION OF MO and ILLINOIS ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATORY GROUP, Chief of Staff for 2 Lt.Governors, and political candidate twice. Deirdre is dedicated to building a more humane society and world.
