Citizens' Climate Lobby with George Laur
George is a J-School grad who came back and worked for Mizzou Extension until his retirement. The last nine years he has devoted himself to reversing the looming Climate Disaster and now heads the mid-Missouri Citizens' Climate Lobby group.
George Laur is serious about this Climate Crisis due mostly to man-made causes. His work with the Citizens' Climate Lobby has taken him to Washington D.C. and talks with many legislators where the CCL must compete with lobbyist from the biggest polluters in the world. The mid-Missouri group has grown since it started nearly 9 years ago and is always looking for more people to commit to the work ahead.
