Andre Grinston, Director of Alumni Services at Lincoln University, worked in the corporate world as well as state government before coming back to his alma mater to work. He is very involved in the community, serving on the boards at the YMCA and Boys and Girls Club, mentoring organization leaders, ministering to his church, acting and singing when he can, and getting up in the wee hours to work out at the Y before going to work.
