Leigh Lockhart came to Boone County from Alabama via formative years in St. Louis. Social Justice concerns started very young and were nurtured by her minister father, high school principal, and others. After getting a toe-hold at Lakota Coffee Shop, Leigh took the leap with many local supporting friends to open Main Squeeze. It has become a mainstay go to place for high quality, nutritious food.
