George Dillard and his wife have chosen to live out in the woods in a house they built by a pond (not Walden). George is a contemplative reader who engages with nature around him. He values friendships, family, and exploring ideas that bring us closer to reality. HIs last library job was with Missouri River Regional Library in Jefferson City, MO. He created book and movie discussion events that he facilitated and garnered quite a loyal following. Now retired, you might find him in town chatting with a weekly coffee group. A gentle soul, in word and deed.
