Michael Straw had a great upbringing in Carthage, MO that gave him the foundation for his future with music. He has performed in musical theatre, taught music, and started his Strawsinger Vocal Studio around 1989 that has served young and old in achieving life goals. We met at an art show at the Boone County History and Culture Center where Jane Mudd, one of three presenting artists, had included her portraits of us in her collection. Michael played piano and sang a bit.
