Ambika Talwar is an educator, published author, ecstatic poet, and artist who is also deeply involved in the healing arts. A summer trip to Greece in 2002 led to the publication of My Greece: Mirrors and Metamorphoses. This became the basis for much of our conversation. Ambika also shared two of her poems. Her book taught me much in relating Greek and Hindu culture including gods and language. Sutra means thread. Ambika is Kali. There are always layers of meaning if you ask the right questions and are open to other perspectives.
